    The geometry of the jet fibration \(Osc^kM\) is considered in \textit{G.Atanasiu} and \textit{R.Miron} [Rev. Roum. Math. Pures Appl. 41, 205-236 and 251-262,(1996; Zbl 0863.53012)]. The present paper introduces a different group of transformation for which a new adapted basis is constructed. A variational problem and the Zermelo conditions are then studied.
