In the paper the problem on nonlocal elasticity theory is considered. Besides, the stresses depend on strains not only at the point under consideration but at all points of the body. Some possibilities of the nonlocal elasticity theory are illustrated by the example of dislocation loops in the unbounded isotropic solid.
