The authors treat the space problems of statics and dynamics of nonhomogeneous rotation bodies. It is proposed to apply semi-analytical method of finite elements proposed by \textit{O. Zenkevich} [Method of finite elements in technique, Mir, Moscow (1975)] and \textit{E.L. Wilson} [AIAA J. 3, No. 12, 2269--274 (1965)]. It is noted that the development of this method for the space dynamic problems allows its application in the investigation of nonstationary processes in complex constructions.
