Stressed state of orthotropic plate with two-sided outer notch subjected to simple tension and shear. (Q2714536)

The author treats the unbounded orthotropic plate whose domain is bounded by two branches of hyperbola symmetric with respect to the axis \(Ox\) in the cordinate system \(Oxy\). It is assumed that the axes \(x\) and \(y\) coincide with the plate orthotropy axes. The normal and shifting efforts are prescribed at a sufficiently large distance from the recess. The author obtains a closed solution for the case of pure extension and shift and determines the stress distribution in the plate with recesses.
