The paper proceeds the author's investigations [see \textit{E.N.~Shikula}, Prikl. Mekh. 34, No.~2, 32-38 (1998)] in case of laminated fibrous composite. Proposed is the algorithm for determining the efficient deformation properties of the material. Non-linear diagrams of the composite deformation are obtained for various parameter values of the function of binder strength distribution.
