Thermoelectromechanical behaviour of shells of revolution made of piezoelectric materials with allowance for their temperature dependence and depolarization (English)
0 references
The paper deals with the electromechanical harmonic oscillations of piezo-active revolution shells in view of temperature dependence of the electromechanical characteristics and partial depolarization of material in some regions of the shell where heating temperature reaches or exceeds the Curie temperature. Studied are the effects of thermomechanical coupling and depolarization processes on the temperature and frequency characteristics, the velocity of the partial depolarization expansion and the coefficient of the electromechanical coupling of the cylindric shell.
