The author solves nonstationary aeroelasticity problem for orthotropic plate of finite dimensions. Two models are discussed. In the first one the elastic plate is a part of an infinite rigid screen separating two acoustic halfspaces. In the second it is assumed that there is a system of similar holes closed by the elastic plates in the rigid screen which are located in a regular way (a periodic problem). It is found that the difference detween the models is displayed to the greatest extend when the radiation pressure is determined. The shear modulus is shown to have the effect on the homogeneous change of the forced oscillation frequency and amplitude values of the calculated magnitudes, especially of deflection.
