    The authors consider the control system modeled by the equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \dot x(t) = Ax(t) + bu(t) + b_1u(t-h),\tag{1} NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \( x\in R^n \) is the system state at time \(t\), \( u(t)\) is a scalar control, \( h>0 \) is the delay. The method of realization of optimal control of feedback type is proposed. The results are applied to construct two types of stabilizators for systems with delay in control.
