An introduction to pseudotwistors basic constructions (Q2715741)

The authors continue their study of the generalizations of Hurwitz twistors and pseudotwistors which were introduced earlier by the authors [see for example: \textit{J. Ławrynowicz} and \textit{O. Suzuki}, Oper. Theory Adv. Appl. 114, 155-169 (2000; Zbl 0946.15021) and Progr. Phys. 18, 393-423 (2000; Zbl 0958.32014)] and generalize the notion of twistor introduced by Penrose. They provide a description of the space of pseudotwistors related to Hermitian Hurwitz pairs \((\mathbb{C}^{16} (I_{8,8})\), \(\mathbb{R}^9 (I_{\sigma,s}))\) in terms of subsets of a flag manifold.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00032].
