In the present book real problem modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the implementation using C++ are shown. The authors describe analysis and design methods for real business problems. They model an application and discuss static and dynamic behavior of objects. They cover briefly C++ language fundamentals and C++ libraries. Next they show an implementation of class methods (for static and for dynamic behavior). Implementation of object creation and of generalization/specialization is described too. Two practical problems are modeled and implemented with C++, namely microwave oven and breakout game. The appendix contains a concise description of the UML.
