The paper is devoted to the fermionic representation for the \(q\)-deformed hypergeometric functions related to Schur polynomials. It is shown that these multivariate hypergeometric functions are tau-functions of the KP-hierarchy and at the same time ratios of Toda lattice tau-functions evaluated at certain values of higher Toda lattice times. Finally a system of partial differential equations for such tau-functions is derived.
