The paper presents properties of ultra-wide angle perspectives and of some curved perspectives. Examples demonstrate their application and effects in cinema and TV. Cylinders or spheres are used as image surfaces, which are subsequently mapped into planes. These examples of curved perspectives demonstrate the fact, that they have intuitively been known to painters of the last few centuries. The inclusion of reflections and refractions helps to give a better impression of the mapped objects.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0944.00034].
