Some properties of contra-\(\beta\)-continuous functions (English)
0 references
The authors investigate a new class of functions between topological spaces, called contra-\(\beta\)-continuous functions, where the inverse image of every open set is \(\beta\)-closed \((A\subseteq X\) is \(\beta\)-closed if \(\text{int(cl(int} A) \subseteq A)\). Many relationships between this concept and other known concepts of generalized continuity are examined.
