The author proves identities on the products of binomial coefficients modulo a square of a prime, extending a recent result of \textit{A. Granville} [Organic Mathematics, CMS Conf. Proc. 20, 253-276 (1997; Zbl 0903.11005)]. One of them is in terms of offsets and moduli of equivalent covers of integers. Then some connections are shown with what the author calls uniform maps [J. Nanjing Univ. Math., Biq. 6, 124-133 (1989; Zbl 0703.11002)].
