The first part of the paper contains the list of indices (formulas (1)--(9)) connected with a given pair of complementary \(N\)-functions \(\Phi\), \(\Psi\) and some relations among them. Moreover, in this part we have two lemmas (1.4, 1.5), Theorem 1.3 and Theorem 1.6 with very interesting proof (pp. 76-78).NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEThe next part is devoted to the study of the packing constant \(P(X)\) of a Banach space \(X\) and the Kottman constant \(K(X)\) of an infinite-dimensional Banach space \(X\).NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEVery valuable is the last part of the paper, where for an Orlicz sequence space generated by the given \(N\)-function with Luxemburg norm the author presents very important and very general inequalities for constant \(K\) (formulas (72) and (78)).
