Relation philosophy of mathematics, science, and mind (English)

The author claims to give a foundation for set theory, and thus for mathematics, which is based only upon the primitive notion of ``relation''. However, he does not give a formal theory based upon this notion: he tries to give a philosophical explanation. And for this attempt he uses a lot of (unexplained, but difficult) other notions like existence and inseparability of relations, independent existence from any mind etc. NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINESo this is not a reasonable formal foundation for mathematics. And it is not a philosophy of mathematics that reflects ordinary mathematical practice. It seems to be only another (unsuccessful?) attempt to create a philosophical ``system''.
