A dynamical system theoretical approach to Newtonian mechanics (English)
0 references
This paper tries to throw a bridge between Newtownian mechanics and the theory of dynamical systems with observation measurements. Clearly the paper tries to introduce the concept of measurement in Newtonian mechanics. And this is done by using Liouville's equation. This problem has already been considered by \textit{L. Nottale} [Fractal space-time and microphysics: Towards a theory of scale relativity, World Scientific (1993; Zbl 0789.58003)] who proposed another approach, and in this way obtained a sound theoretical basis for quantum mechanics.
