Integro-differential models: A program code (English)
0 references
Numerical methods for solving integro-differential equations with Cauchy singular kernel and weakly singular perturbation kernels are proposed. These equations are generalizations of the general monoplane equation (Prandtl equation). A numerical scheme is constructed, three convergence conditions and numerical results are presented. Some parts of the ``flexible and reliable'' Matlab program code are given. NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEReviewer's remark: Descriptions and theoretical grounds of various numerical methods for solving singular integro-differential equations are contained in the book of \textit{B. G. Gabdulkhaev} [Direct methods for solving the singular integral equations of the first kind. Kazan (1994) (in Russian)].
