The exploitation of Krylov-subspace methods in the harmonic-balance simulation of large nonlinear microwave circuits (English)
0 references
Some numerical algorithms are described in the context of solving efficiently large-size nonlinear microwave circuit simulation problems. Krylov subspace methods are used in conjunction with the harmonic-balance technique for the multi-tone analysis of large microwave front-ends. In oder to give a feeling of the performance improvement provided by the proposed analysis algorithms, some illustrative numerical examples are reported.
