Real Hamiltonian polar decompositions (English)

The \(H\)-Hamiltonian polar decomposition of the type \(X= UA\) is studied. Here \(U\) is a real \(H\)-symplectic matrix and \(A\) is a real \(H\)-Hamiltonian matrix. The matrices are characterized. Necessary and sufficient conditions are found for the existence of an \(iH\)-polar decomposition of \(X\).
