The authors consider an axisymmetric problem on forced harmonic oscillations of porous elastic saturated layer. It is assumed that the lower face of the elastic frame is excited by the load of unpenetrable piston type. The authors obtain an explicit analytical solution to the corresponding boundary value problem for the system of Biot equations in the layer. Discussed are the energy peculiarities of the layer oscillations depending on frequency.
