The authors study the \(\text{PH/PH}/1/0/s\) retrial queue with finite orbit and some of its generalizations. Stationary state distribution in matrix product representation and correlations of the basic performance indices are obtained. The authors also get the expressions for stationary distribution for the embedded Markov chains at times of arrival and service completion.
