The author uses the term ``Serre algebra'' to denote a special class of associative algebras in which the deviation from commutativity is specified by the Serre conditions. The author studies the relationship between Schubert filtration and ``differential operators'' in quantum Serre algebras. The biorthogonal relations are obtained for the conjugated Lusztig bases.
