The author studies the nonlinear controllable system NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \begin{aligned} &\dot x_1 = x_2,\\ &\dot x_2 = -\sin x_1 - \alpha x_2+u \end{aligned}\tag{1} NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with zero initial conditions \(\,x_1(0) = x_2(0) = 0\), where \(\,\alpha>0\), \(\,u\in U\), \(\,U\) is the interval of nonzero length. The author obtains the lower estimates for the attainability set of system (1). No numerical results are cited.
