A convex polyhedron which is not equifacettable (English)
0 references
Recently \textit{J. Malkevitch} presented an example of a triangulated sphere which is not realizable by a convex 3-dimensional polyhedron all facets of which are congruent isosceles triangles [Geombinatorics 10, No. 3, 122-132 (2001; Zbl 0983.52007)]. The author generalizes this result by a simple example of a triangulated sphere which is not realizable by a polyhedron (not necessarily convex, but without selfintersections) all facets of which are congruent triangles.
