Acceptable input sequences for singular Roesser model of 2-D linear systems (English)
0 references
This paper deals with acceptable input sequences for the singular Roesser model system which often appears in image processing and data filtering. The authors first consider the system on a finite rectangle. In this case, the system is first transformed into an equivalent linear algebraic equation system, and sufficient and necessary conditions for acceptable input sequences of the system are then derived. Using a 2D Z-transformation, the authors also consider sufficient and necessary conditions for acceptable inputs for the system on an infinite rectangle. It has been shown that, when the input matrix is of full row rank, the sufficient and necessary conditions for acceptable inputs of the system on a finite rectangle are applicable to the system on an infinite rectangle. The authors also derive a method for determining the set of acceptable inputs for the system.
