Summary: In this paper, we investigate two sub-classes \(S^\ast(\theta,\beta)\) and \(K^\ast(\theta,\beta)\) of bi-univalent functions in the open unit disc \(\Delta\) that are subordinate to certain analytic functions. For functions belonging to these classes, we obtain an upper bound for the second Hankel determinant \(H_2\) (2).
