This is a short comment to the paper reviewed above. This comment deals with: 1) asymptotical expansions for Kolmogorov-Smirnov's goodness-of-fit test; 2) potential method in boundary problems for compound Poisson process; 3) boundary problems for random walks; 4) theory of \(U\)-statistics and random permanents (in collaboration with Yu. V. Borovskick); 5) theory of random evolutions and their applications.
