Sensitivity in data envelopment analysis for arbitrary perturbations of all data in the Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes model (English)
0 references
The aim of the paper is to study sensitivity analysis of the Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes ratio model in the data envelopment for the case of arbitrary additive perturbations of outputs and/or inputs of all decision making units. Efficiency of decision making units is preserved. Simultaneous decrease of outputs of all efficient decision making units (DMU) and increase of outputs of all inefficient DMUs as well as simultaneous increase of efficient and decrease of inefficient DMUs is considered. Sufficient conditions for the preservation of efficiency of DMUs under the data perturbations are derived. The region of efficiency and the region of joint efficiency are introduced. An illustrative example is provided.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00047].
