This paper concerns spaces \({\mathcal H}^\alpha(M)\) of harmonic functions on a complete noncompact Riemannian \(n\)-manifold \(M\) -- producing an example of an \(M\) of Ricci curvature \(\geq 0\), and \(\dim{\mathcal H}^\alpha(M)> \dim{\mathcal H}^\alpha(\mathbb{R}^n)\).
