One considers a controlled system of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\dot x(t)=A^0 x(t)+ A^1x(t-\tau)+ A^2\dot x(t-\tau)+ bu(t)NEWLINE\]NEWLINE for which a feedback control of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINEu(t)=\int^0_{-\tau} \bigl(d\eta (\theta)\bigr)^T x(t+\theta)NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is synthesized according to the sliding mode theory.
