Robust \(H_\infty\) control for a class of uncertain dynamic systems with delayed states and controls is investigated. An approach is proposed for designing a memoryless state feedback control law that stabilizes the systems and, simultaneously, guarantees a prespecified \(H_\infty\) disturbance attenuation constraint for all admissible uncertainties.
