A differential equation with norm-bounded nonlinear uncertainties and with unknown bounded delay is considered: NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\begin{aligned} \dot x(t)= Ax(t)+ A_1x(t- d(t))&+ Bu(t)+ f(x(t), x(t- d(t)), u(t),t),\;x(t)\in \mathbb{R}^n,\\ u(t)&= Kx(t).\end{aligned}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE A criterion for robust stability is obtained in the form of a linear matrix inequality.
