    The paper considers an optimal synthesis of Wiener-Hopf type when some delays are reported on the feedback connections (feedback sensors with time delay). The time delays are replaced by their second-order Padé approximation. Further an ordinary finite-dimensional synthesis is performed, which is then implemented by state space algorithms. Simulation tests are performed, but the convergence of the approximations is not discussed.
