Sufficient conditions are given for the global attractivity of NEWLINE\[NEWLINEx_{n+1}= ax_n+ f(x_n-bx_{n-1} -x_{n-k})NEWLINE\]NEWLINE with \(0\leq a<1\), \(a\leq b\), \(k\geq 2\) and nondrecreasing \(f\).
