Choice functions on a large set of alternatives (English)
0 references
When a large number of alternatives exists the communication with the decision maker may be not viable. The proposed solution is to cluster them and to use a model of the processes of transferring the preferences. The process is modeled by using a normal choice function ( a function associated with a binary relation).
