Aperiodic oscillations in an electromagnetic field (Q2729314)

The author studies the following problem: Is it possible to initiate such current and density of particles for which a charged particle moves in the electromagnetic field with given velocity field NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \dot X=\eta(t,X,\mu)? NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Here \(X=(x_1,x_2,x_3)\) are coordinates of the charged particle, \(\mu\) is a parameter. The author gives a positive answer to this question in a class of aperiodic oscillations.
