Let \(D_{k} \) be a number of pairs \((m,n)\) which are solutions of the inequality \(mn\leq k\), where \(k\) is a positive integer. Various approximations for \(D_{k} \) are considered. The Dirichlet estimate of \(D_{k}\) is obtained.
