Global convergence for discrete dynamical systems and forward neural networks (English)
0 references
Discrete dynamical systems of lower triangular form are studied. Global convergence of triangular maps is proved. Using this theorem, convergence properties of forward neural networks are established in the case when the neuron response functions fail to be continuous. The result is a generalization of more restrictive cases.
