The author constructs Boehmians on locally compact abelian groups. By means of an invariant metric he defines a topology being equivalent to the topology generated by a \(\Delta\)-convergence [cf. \textit{P. Mikusinski}, Jap. J. Math., New Ser. 9, 159-179 (1983; Zbl 0524.44005)].
