This is a summary of some results of the author concerning the structure theory of finite families of extensions of minimal topological transformation semigroups with fixed base analogous to the structure theory of extensions of minimal topological transformation groups which was developed by Furstenberg, Ellis, Bronstein, Veech, Glasner, Shapiro, van der Woude and others.
