The authors demonstrate an explicit isomorphism between a certain pair of projective limits: One is formed from the sums of \(n\) copies of a version of the Homfly skein module of isotopy classes of links in an oriented 3-manifold, and the other is formed from the higher Homfly skein modules. These latter are obtained from resolutions of immersions of circles with \(n\) double points, modulo those with \(n+1\) double points.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEThis paper is a continuation of their earlier paper [J.
