Invariants of global crq-groups (English)

Classification theorems for almost completely decomposable groups with cyclic regulating quotients have been the object of intensive search. Previous results were based on special representations of the groups. In this paper, the authors describe complete invariants for near-isomorphism classes which are independent of a particular representation.
