In [ibid., No. 4, 1-6 (2000; Zbl 0961.54007)] the author has introduced the notion of \(m\)-compactness which is a version of compactness in fuzzy topology. In the paper under review he continues by discussing some elementary properties of this notion. The author does not give the definitions of some basic concepts and symbols, so the readers have to consult his previous paper.
