The author studies multidimensional singular and bisingular integral operators on Hilbert modules over a \(C^*\)-algebra \(A\). The main results consist on the stable homotopy classification of \(A\)-Fredholm operators of the above type and the \(K_0(A)\)-valued index formula for bisingular operators.
