Some hypergeometric transformation and reduction formulas involving Kampé de Fériet functions (English)

Some recent evaluations of integrals involving products of two (or more) Laguerre polynomials led to an interesting hypergeometric transformation associated with the Kampé de Fériet function of two variables. This hypergeometric transformation is known to unify and extend at least two familiar results for Appell functions. The main object of the present paper is to investigate several hypergeometric transformation and reduction formulas which are closely related to this general hypergeometric transformation.
