This paper deals with social choice theory. The main results are the follows. First, the author exhibits the axiomatic conditions under which numerous observations are preferred to few. Second, he sets up the general framework inside which the global information can exactly correspond to the observation of a particular day. Third, the purpose to solve the contradiction by means of weight distributions upon the candidates measuring their ranks. But finally it is shown that even this procedure gives rise to counter intuitive promotions.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0958.00049].
