With the help of the fundamental function method and the Green function the explicit analytical solutions of the stationary and nonstationary boundary value problems of the heat transfer theory for the orthotropic cylinder-circle spaces are obtained. Special cases of unbounded, semibounded and bounded spaces are considered.
