The basic principles for the design and program implementation for a logical simulator are investigated. Implementation is performed by using of PC and realizes the following functions: text input of digital circuits and stimulus, logical fault-free simulation, fault simulation, test generation and controllability analysis. Simulator uses the ternary alphabet \(0,1,x\) and nominal delays.
