The author constructs exact, axisymmetric solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell dilaton (EMD) gravity presenting distorted charged dilaton black holes. The method for constructing the solution is based on the global symmetry group of the dimensionally reduced EMD equations. Making use of the group one can transform any given distorted black hole solution of the pure Einstein equations into a static, axisymmetric solution of EMD equations. The thermodynamics of such black holes is discussed.
